Component Inspection: Critical dimensions, appearance, and functionality are inspected during production.
03 Fabric Cutting & Sewing 4F Sewing Workshop
Fabric Cutting: Fabric materials are cut according to production patterns and technical requirements.
Sewing & Stitching: Experienced sewing operators manufacture covers, storage baskets, seats, and textile accessories.
Quality Inspection: Finished fabric components are inspected for stitching quality, dimensions, and appearance.
04 Final Assembly 3F Assembly Workshop
Plastic Component Assembly: Plastic accessories are assembled and tested according to product specifications.
Frame Assembly: Metal frame structures are assembled using rivets, fasteners, and dedicated fixtures.
