Integrated OEM Manufacturing for Baby Products

Kadite supports OEM and ODM manufacturing through one integrated production system. Our team coordinates metal
fabrication, plastic, injection molding, fabric cutting, sewing, final assembly, quality control, packaging, and shipment under one factory workflow.

As a result, customers can manage baby product projects with better quality control, shorter
communication paths, and more stable production planning.

01 Metal Fabrication 1F Production Workshop

Tube Cutting: Our metal workshop cuts steel tubes to precise dimensions according to engineering drawings, product structures, and customer requirements.

Tube Bending: Next, our operators use automated and semi-automated bending equipment to create consistent tube shapes and accurate frame structures.

Punching & Stamping: After bending, our team processes metal components through punching and stamping operations. These steps create connection points, fixing holes, and assembly structures for baby changing tables, safety gates, ride-on toys, and other metal-frame products.

Welding: Then, our welding team joins metal frame components with controlled welding processes. This step helps improve frame strength, assembly accuracy, and long-term product stability.

Quality Inspection: Before the next production stage, our QC team checks each batch for dimensions, welding quality, hole position, surface finish, and structural consistency.

Surface Treatment & Powder Coating: Finally, our surface treatment team cleans, treats, and powder coats metal parts to improve durability, appearance, corrosion resistance, and color consistency.

02 Plastic Injection Molding 2F Injection Molding Workshop

Mold Preparation: First, our engineering and production teams prepare precision molds according to product specifications, plastic component structures, and production requirements.

Injection Molding: Then, our injection molding workshop produces plastic components with controlled temperature, pressure, cycle time, and material management. This process helps maintain dimensional consistency and stable product quality.

Component Inspection: During production, our QC team checks key dimensions, surface appearance, assembly fit, and functional performance. In this way, we reduce defects before components move to final assembly.

03 Fabric Cutting & Sewing 4F Sewing Workshop

Fabric Cutting: Our fabric team cuts Oxford fabric and other textile materials according to production patterns, technical drawings, and order requirements.

Sewing & Stitching: Next, experienced sewing operators make covers, storage baskets, fabric shelves, seats, and textile accessories for baby products and family-use products.

Quality Inspection: After sewing, our QC team checks stitching quality, size accuracy, edge finishing, appearance, and functional details. Therefore, each fabric component can meet the required assembly and usage standards.

04 Final Assembly 3F Assembly Workshop

Plastic Component Assembly: Our assembly team installs plastic accessories and checks their fit, movement, and function according to product specifications.

Frame Assembly: Then, our operators assemble metal frame structures with rivets, fasteners, tools, fixtures, and standard assembly procedures.

Fabric Installation: After frame assembly, our team installs fabric components and checks the fit, tension, appearance, and function of each textile part.

05 Quality Control & Packaging & Shipment

Compliance Verification: Our quality team verifies product structure, function, labeling, and packaging according to customer requirements and applicable market standards, including EN and ASTM standards when required.

Packaging: Next, our packaging team packs products according to export standards, customer packaging artwork, carton specifications, and transportation requirements.

Loading & Shipment: Finally, our logistics team prepares finished goods for warehouse storage, container loading, and international shipment.
